Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, project management, or a related field
- Significant experience in clinical trial site activation or study start-up
- Proven, strong people leadership and team management experience
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
