You research target audiences, competitors and trends and translate these insights into compelling copy
You write persuasive, performance-oriented copy for video and static ads
You bring a constant flow of creative ideas and always bring the latest trends to the table
You develop hooks, scripts and ad concepts and continually experiment with new approaches
You analyze the performance of your creatives using the relevant KPIs and derive concrete improvements
You work closely with our Creative Strategists, creators and designers to help our clients reach the next level
Requirements
You already have experience (approx. 1–2 years) in copywriting, ideally in performance marketing or social media
You are familiar with Direct Response copywriting and passionate about sales psychology
You understand why copy works and engage with buying psychology, hooks and sales logic — you want to master this craft
You dive deep into target audiences analytically and structurally and know how to excite them about a product
You are a social media nerd, know every trend and understand how to adapt it for use
You like working data-driven and are willing to get hands-on with the Ads Manager tools on Meta and TikTok
You are organized, eager to learn and want to develop professionally at pace
