Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships in the area of Managed IT Services across the DACH region
Identification of customer challenges and potential solution approaches with clear business value based on our portfolio
Commercial leadership of acquisition projects from lead qualification to successful closing, in close collaboration with our technical managed‑IT experts
Development of business cases / ROI analyses together with our managed‑IT experts
Commercial support for solution and proposal presentations, leading negotiations and securing business contracts
Close collaboration with Marketing on targeted activities for new customer acquisition
Contribute to the further development of our solution portfolio based on customer and market requirements
Requirements
15 years of professional experience or more; experience in presales or project management is a clear advantage
Minimum 7 years' experience selling managed IT services to large enterprises and/or mid-market companies with proven success
Strong interest in modern solutions for business customers in the areas of managed IT infrastructure and cloud
Confident handling of business metrics and calculations as well as very strong analytical skills
Innovative, confident manner, self‑initiative and willingness to take responsibility as a solution partner in escalation and conflict management
High social competence and self‑drive to meet new people and companies, combined with strong persuasion and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
