Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and legal compliance.
Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, including cross functional and Group functional leaders.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and governance standards.
Lead engagement initiatives across Sales, including action planning from survey results.
Promote a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with company values.
Identify and mitigate retention risks, especially among top performers.
Use HR and business metrics to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
Monitor workforce trends and address emerging risks proactively.

Partner with global HRBP teams to ensure consistency and share best practices.
Lead or coordinate virtual HR teams to deliver consistent, high-quality support.

Requirements
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a strategic HRBP role.
Experience supporting Sales, Solutions, or other revenue-generating functions strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and organizational development.
Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales drivers and revenue models.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively.
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
