About this role
Role Overview
You are the connecting link between the market, the client, and executive management.
You understand our clients' strategic issues and guide them through initial idea and use-case discussions.
You further develop our internal sales and growth structures.
You build scalable sales funnels and structure processes.
Establish efficient sales processes, tools, and KPIs to manage and provide transparency for the pipeline.
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth, ideally in consulting, AI, or data-focused environments.
Proven experience in complex, consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong strategic understanding of business models, data-driven decision-making, and value-based argumentation.
Confident presence and excellent communication skills at C-level.
High level of ownership, entrepreneurial thinking, and enjoyment in building and shaping things.
Very good German language skills (C1 or higher).
Nice to have: experience with CRM systems, performance-driven sales, or portfolio management.
