Translate Americanflat's brand guidelines into a consistent, recognizable email design system — typography, color discipline, product photography layouts
Build reusable modular blocks (hero, product grid, social proof, footer) so campaigns ship fast without sacrificing polish
Ensure every send renders correctly across major clients and devices (Litmus/Email on Acid or equivalent testing discipline)
Own the promotional campaign calendar: weekly sends, product launches, seasonal moments, and tentpole events (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, holiday gifting, spring refresh)
Write or art-direct campaign copy that matches our voice — sophisticated, approachable, never pushy
Run a continuous A/B testing program: subject lines, send times, content layout, offer framing
Report weekly on performance — revenue per recipient, flow vs. campaign revenue mix, open/click/conversion rates, list growth, and deliverability — and turn the findings into next week's plan
Requirements
2–4+ years running email marketing for an e-commerce / DTC brand
Deep hands-on Klaviyo experience: flows, segments, campaigns, and reporting (not just sending from templates someone else built)
Demonstrated email design skill — a portfolio of emails you designed and shipped (Figma/Canva + Klaviyo editor; HTML/CSS a plus)
Strong copy instincts: you can write a subject line and body copy that converts without sounding like spam
Data fluency: you make decisions from revenue per recipient and conversion rates, not opens alone, and you understand deliverability mechanics (sender reputation, engagement-based sending, list hygiene)
Self-directed: you can take "we need a win-back flow" and come back with the strategy, the designs, the build, and the results
Experience with Shopify and its Klaviyo integration (events, catalog feeds, coupon codes)
Direct Mail Knowledge (PostPilot)
Home goods, furniture, or décor category experience
