Territory Sales and Service Representative

Role Overview

• Leverage tools and technology (including tablet and mobile phone apps) to conduct customer visits
• Communicate our total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales
• Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance
• Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed
• Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions
• Demonstrate safe equipment use
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience
• Availability to work overnight shifts
• Provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
• Lifting 50 lbs
• Pushing/pulling
• Standing/bending/stooping
• Working in confined spaces
• Distinguishing color
