Define and own the digital strategy, tailoring approaches by market maturity, brand positioning, and competitive dynamics
Own SEO and support our growth & content teams in ensuring our assets serve our organic and AI performance well
Manage supporting agencies, challenge delivery, ensure alignment and control spend
Assess channel expansion opportunities per market, ensuring growth initiatives are well-timed and aligned with market potential and readiness
Own paid media budget allocation across markets, channels, and funnel stages, optimizing spend based on performance and priorities
Define the strategic direction and set clear expectations for agency resources
Develop, request, and rigorously follow up on a detailed agency roadmap outlining planned campaigns, tests, optimizations, and deliverables
Actively challenge the agency to bring innovative ideas, new tests, and optimization opportunities to drive continuous improvement
Hold the agency accountable to predefined KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA/CPL, conversion metrics) through regular performance reviews and reporting
Provide strategic, data-informed guidance to three internal campaign managers, responsible for translating business priorities into major campaigns
Analyze available marketing data directly from platforms during ongoing build-out of tracking and attribution systems
Propose pragmatic interim solutions when tracking or reporting is incomplete, and support Campaign Managers in interpreting campaign performance and impact
Foster a culture of continuous testing, learning, and optimization across paid and SEO channels using data-driven insights
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Google, Facebook) across multiple countries or markets
Strong understanding of SEO, including how to align SEO efforts with paid campaigns and commercial goals
Experience managing external agencies and holding them accountable for results
Confidence working in fragmented setups where reporting may be incomplete, and tracking may need refining
Clear decision-making skills based on data — but able to act even when full data is not yet available
Strong stakeholder and cross-team communication: clear in reporting, prioritization, and campaign feedback
Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
