About this role
Role Overview
- Lead and monitor the Accounts Payable team’s deliverables
- Support your team members and provide technical guidance
- Take part in the maintenance of Accounts Payable processes and procedures
- Resolve supplier queries and complaints related to Accounts Payable processes
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of Accounts Payable entries by team members
- Act as the first point of contact in terms of audit requests relating to Accounts Payable processes
- Perform monthly reconciliations, AP account justifications, and other MEC activities
- Assist in the implementation of process upgrades to improve efficiency
- Support team members to achieve a positive work environment
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related area
- 1-2+ years of proven knowledge in Accounting, preferably in an international environment
- Proven team-leading experience
- Good Excel skills and proficiency with SAP would be an advantage
- Proficient in the English language
- German language is a bonus
