New business acquisition: Identify and acquire new B2B customers—primarily in foodservice, hospitality and retail—through multiple channels (phone, email, social media).
Lead generation: Open up new customer potential and fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads that align with our sustainability mission.
Customer retention: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
Strategy development: Work on creative sales strategies to increase brand awareness and enter new markets.
Team collaboration: Work closely with management, marketing and supply chain to develop customer-focused solutions and ensure optimal order fulfillment.
Requirements
Sales experience: You already have some experience in sales.
Alternatively, you are a motivated career-changer with a strong sales mentality.
People person: You are a natural communicator who can quickly build new relationships by phone, email or in person.
Long-term customer relationships come naturally to you.
Company building: You want to help shape the company and enjoy developing deinetuete as a market leader for sustainable to‑go packaging.
Persuasiveness: You can excite customers and confidently present sustainable packaging solutions as a real added value.
Structured & independent working style: You are well organized, work independently and keep track of your tasks and goals—even in a dynamic startup environment.
Digital affinity: You work confidently with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office and digital tools.
Passion for branding: You are enthusiastic about strong brands in the food sector and understand how custom packaging influences perception and business success.
