Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Win, develop, and retain high-net-worth and corporate client business
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and leverage strong relationships with brokers, clients, and aircraft operators globally
- End-to-End Execution: Manage the full charter process from initial enquiry through to successful flight completion
- Market Positioning: Oversee aircraft marketing and positioning to maximize fleet utilization and revenue
- Strategic Sourcing: Negotiate charter terms with operators to secure competitive pricing and optimal availability
- Market Intelligence: Maintain an in-depth understanding of global charter markets, trends, aircraft availability, and operator performance
- Brand Representation: Represent Elit’Avia within key client and industry networks, contributing directly to global market strategy
Requirements:
- Demonstrable, successful experience within private jet charter sales or charter brokerage
- Extensive aircraft knowledge and an excellent understanding of the global aviation industry
- A history of identifying high-value sales leads, closing deals, and managing operator/broker relationships
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate at a C-suite and VIP level
- Highly motivated, resilient, ambitious, and target-driven with an uncompromising attention to detail
- A deep understanding of the high level of confidentiality and discretion required in private aviation
