About this role
Role Overview
- Overall responsibility for planning, implementing, operating and further developing modern IT systems and infrastructures
- Ensuring high availability, performance and security of the system landscape
- Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex incidents in 2nd
- and 3rd-level support
- Technical leadership and hands-on participation in demanding IT projects (e.g., migrations, system modernizations, automation)
- Development and maintenance of technical concepts, documentation and operational processes
- Professional support and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements
- Completed IT qualification (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience as a System Engineer, ideally in a senior role
- Very good knowledge of relevant technologies such as Windows, virtualization, networking, cloud and storage solutions
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, backup and security solutions is an advantage
- Independent, structured and responsible working style with a strong solutions focus
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
