About this role
Role Overview
Grow sales of insulated panels within the assigned region.
Identify and win new customers, projects, and business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and pricing in accordance with company guidelines.
Prepare quotations and ensure correct payment terms are applied.
Analyze competitors and market trends and recommend appropriate actions.
Launch and promote new insulated panel products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, investors, developers, and contractors.
Maintain regular customer contact and expand the customer portfolio.
Monitor sales performance, update CRM records, and prepare reports.
Support claims management and propose fair resolutions.
Coordinate with accounting on payments and stock issues together with office staff.
Gather customer feedback and suggest product or process improvements.
Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Equivalent proven experience in a sales role within the construction/façade/insulation sector.
3–5 years of sales experience in the building materials industry, preferably with insulated panels or façade systems.
Demonstrated track record of acquiring new projects and successfully closing B2B sales.
Strong customer focus and active listening skills.
Advanced negotiation and presentation skills (to architects, investors, and decision-makers).
Market knowledge of façades, insulation, and industrial/commercial construction projects.
Ability to manage contracts, claims, and complex commercial processes.
Analytical thinking and effective time management.
Resilience under pressure and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Cultural awareness and strong communication skills.
Solid knowledge of business law and commercial regulations.
Familiarity with competitors and products in the insulation and façade markets.
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, SAP, FABS).
English – advanced (C1).
German – fluent.
