Full responsibility for managing national and regional retail customers and negotiating our brand portfolio with respect to listings, distribution and in-store brand activation
Ensuring optimal utilization of each customer's sales potential
Managing product launches, listings, distribution and promotion planning
Supporting new product launches, coordinating rollout planning and tracking based on sales KPIs
Close collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders, especially our field sales team and trade marketing
Direct reporting line to the Head of Sales Germany
Requirements
Several years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the FMCG brand sector of grocery retail (full-range/discount), ideally in the spirits industry
Deep expertise in modern KAM processes, use of data-driven category management arguments, annual negotiations, price negotiations and trade terms models, as well as KPI-driven customer development
Strong execution skills, strategic foresight and excellent communication abilities
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft 365
Salesforce experience is a plus
Willingness to work regularly at our headquarters in Eckernförde to support relevant on-site processes (hybrid)
High willingness to travel within Germany
