Lead Research: Systematically identify and qualify target customers in industry, brick-and-mortar retail and e‑commerce
Outreach: Assist with initial contact via LinkedIn, email or phone
Relationship Management: Build connections with customers. You know how to win people over and recognize the right moment to close a sale
Appointment Scheduling: Organize demo calls for the sales team
Product Demos: Prepare product demos and support Sales Managers in customer presentations – later you will also conduct demos yourself
Proposal Preparation: Assist with proposals, pricing recommendations and contract documents – including continuous optimization of the proposal process
Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain the sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM in a systematic and structured way, including opportunity analysis and regular sales reports
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and the Product team to continuously improve our homie solutions
Continuous Learning: Participate in internal sales meetings, AI training sessions and regular feedback rounds
Requirements
Degree and/or completed commercial vocational training (or equivalent experience)
Fluent in German & English (written & spoken). Additional languages are a plus
Work experience: Initial exposure to sales, customer-facing or contact roles (e.g., internships, working-student positions, etc.)
Persuasiveness & Persistence: You maintain ambition and stay persistent, even when multiple touchpoints are required
Communication: You communicate confidently, politely and convincingly
Structured work style with strong self-organization (remote-ready)
Willingness to Learn: You want to continuously improve and are motivated to develop
