Role Overview
- Overall management of service delivery to Queensland Aviation sector Clients
- Ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations
- Identifying and converting revenue growth opportunities with existing Clients
- Assisting with identifying new Client leads
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within your team and stakeholders
- Driving cost efficiencies within the Client profile
- Construction and preparation of monthly and quarterly Clientele reporting
Requirements
- Prior aviation security industry experience
- Working knowledge of aviation security regulations and standards
- Extensive experience in leadership and team management
- Business development experience
- Previous experience dealing with Industrial Relations and Industry Awards/Agreements
- Proven experience dealing with client contracts and/or tender submissions
- Certificate II or higher in Security operations (Desirable)
- Current QLD Security Licence (Desirable)
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current ASIC or ability to obtain
