Translate enrollment strategy into effective campaign execution by operationalizing messaging, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and driving structured optimization across Direct Mail and Email.
Lead email mail operations end-to-end: build templates, manage audience lists and targeting logic, oversee timelines, and perform QA
Leverage AI tools and agents to improve campaign execution, content development, campaign performance insights, and day-to-day operational efficiency while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy.
Plan, execute, and manage A/B tests end-to-end, synthesizing results to translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that inform product and business decisions
Support the setup, execution, and quality assurance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Iterable, Salesforce, and Asana
Implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual work and increase execution speed
Partner cross-functionally to align campaign execution with client requirements, data needs, and compliance standards
Requirements
4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a high-volume or regulated industry
Experience running email campaigns with high accuracy.
Deep comfort with tools and data: Iterable or similar ESPs, Salesforce, Asana, and audience segmentation logic
Proven ability to create and maintain operational workflows, QA processes, and documentation
Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple timelines and stakeholders at once
Analytical mindset with a bias for systematic problem-solving
Experience with direct mail is preferred
Familiarity with digital health, benefits, or SaaS is a plus
