You want to dive deep into LinkedIn and Meta campaigns, take responsibility for budgets and deliver results that clients can feel.
You work in a squad with a Senior Consultant and manage your own portfolio of client projects.
Paid ads management on LinkedIn and Meta.
You build campaigns from the ground up, launch them and optimize them daily.
CPL, CTR, ROAS and CPA are your KPIs, not just buzzwords in the kickoff.
You precisely segment ICPs, build Custom and Lookalike Audiences, test Matched Audiences on LinkedIn and develop persona-specific messaging for each ad set.
You calculate budgets, manage frontloading and bidding, and increase spend in a controlled manner day by day until the performance curve is right.
Weekly ad account reviews with the team are your main development format.
You write headlines and body copy in German and English that filter targets rather than merely please.
A/B tests on copy, creative and CTAs are run systematically, not randomly.
You build KPI dashboards that enable decision-making instead of just listing numbers.
Conversion tracking, UTM structure and lead attribution are in your hands.
You orchestrate setup, QA and launches, document learnings after every test and ensure campaigns are built to scale.
Requirements
At least 2 years of marketing experience with a real focus on paid ads on LinkedIn or Meta.
You have launched campaigns yourself, not just reviewed reports.

Metrics are tools for you, not decoration.
You work in a structured way, make data-driven decisions and are comfortable challenging untested assumptions.
You want to go deep into the platforms, not just skim the surface.
Bonus: experience with HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay or automations via Zapier. Not required, but a plus.
