Own the product strategy and roadmap across the full Pipeline Management group
Partner closely with Engineering leads to move from ambiguous problem to shipped solution
Drive alignment and build shared understanding across DWI and with cross-functional partners including Analytics Engineering, and internal business stakeholders
Navigate real cost and infrastructure constraints
Snowflake spend, vendor transitions, legacy system migrations
with a clear sense of tradeoffs
Champion the developer and data user experience, pushing for self-service capabilities that reduce friction and enable teams to move faster
Use data to identify opportunities, set measurable goals, and iterate based on what you learn
Shape a team culture that values reliability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Requirements
A track record of successfully shipping products in a technical or infrastructure domain
Comfort with data infrastructure concepts
warehousing, pipelines, orchestration, data modeling
or a demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly
A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining technical depth with business judgment to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
The ability to manage a broad scope without losing clarity
Strong communication and influencing skills, including with engineers, data practitioners, and senior stakeholders
A drive to understand the needs of internal customers and genuinely solve for them
The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate, often without perfect information
Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or data pipeline tooling is welcome, but not required.
