About this role
Role Overview
Rotate across business development, strategy, operations, planning, and customer success — owning the company's highest-priority problems and driving them to completion.
Build GTM models for new verticals, stand up onboarding playbooks, and run point on strategic enterprise accounts.
Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts across distribution verticals.
Support the President and CEO in executive outreach and C-suite meetings — prep briefs, follow-ups, and deal strategy.
Map buying committees at complex enterprise accounts and shape the path from first conversation to signed contract.
Frame and pressure-test the company's biggest decisions — new verticals, pricing, partnerships, build-vs-buy — with structured analysis and clear recommendations.
Build the analyses leadership relies on: market sizing, competitive intelligence, unit economics, and ROI models.
Design and improve the processes and tooling that keep GTM and delivery running as we scale.
Establish the operating cadence — dashboards, KPIs, and reporting — that gives leadership visibility into pipeline and growth.
Help run the quarterly and annual planning cycle: objectives, resource allocation, and prioritization across teams.
Onboard and activate enterprise distributor customers, turning signed deals into durable, expanding accounts.
Build the playbooks and health metrics that let customer outcomes scale beyond founder-led delivery.
Carry the voice of the customer back into product and strategy.
Requirements
4+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy/operations at a high-growth startup.
A get-things-done mentality — you can dissect complex, ambiguous problems and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy.
Exceptional analytical ability, drawing insight from quantitative and qualitative data; comfort building models and working in spreadsheets (SQL a plus).
Structured thinking and the ability to distill complexity into clear, persuasive communication for any audience, including senior executives and external customers.
A team-first, low-ego operating style and the ability to influence across every function without formal authority.
Genuine curiosity about AI, distribution, and logistics — and the drive to become an expert in a technical product and a traditional industry quickly.
Willingness to work hybrid from our New York office and travel as needed to be where the business and customers are.
