Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of Implementation Engineers
Owning quality and timeliness of all build team outputs: ETRM configuration, data loading, testing, reconciliation, and support
Defining and maintaining the operating model between BAs and the technical team
Resource allocation across concurrent implementations and support queues
Driving continuous improvement — turning recurring issues into structural fixes
Reporting on team throughput and implementation status to CS leadership

Hands-on background in energy, commodities, or financial services — physical and/or financial trading, post-trade processes, ETRM/CTRM experience required
Prior experience managing a technical delivery or implementation team in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently validate trade, position, and market data outputs
Strong process orientation — comfortable building structure where ways of working are still maturing
Excellent written and spoken English; experience with distributed or offshore teams is a strong advantage
