- Shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial candidate outreach (calls / WhatsApp / email)
- Clearly explain job roles, salary ranges, location, and hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain professional and ethical communication at all times
- Update candidate status accurately
- Share daily activity updates
- Support interview scheduling and documentation
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or final-year university students
- Comfortable working remotely from home
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Willing to learn recruitment as a profession
- Self-disciplined and accountable
