Play a key role in developing high-quality software solutions for local clients or in-house products
Identify technical challenges and develop effective solution strategies
Responsible for product design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Emphasize Clean Code, unit and integration tests, code reviews, knowledge transfer, and pair programming
New development of web applications, modernization and replacement of legacy systems, and cloud migration

Extensive knowledge of Java, Python, or web frontends with Angular
Experience in the following areas is a plus: Spring Boot, Angular, databases, AWS, CI/CD, cloud technologies, reinforcement learning, LLMs, IT security
Many years of experience in software development across different projects
Good communication skills in German (at least B2) and English
