You’ll be editing ~10 to 15 pieces of content per week, depending on length, with access to copy editors and content coordinators to help you bring content to life.
Conducting developmental edits for blog posts, landing pages, original research pieces, email content, and more
Copy editing to ensure every sentence packs a punch and moves the narrative forward (proofreading, fact-checking, improving on-page SEO, etc.)
Offering editorial support to clients as part of our advisory services
Coaching writers by offering detailed feedback with a “show, don’t tell” approach
Creating and updating client content guidelines based on feedback
Contributing to the writer recruitment and onboarding process
Ensuring clients experience delightful and white-glove experiences
Requirements
Have excellent attention to detail, and can communicate consistently and work to deadlines
Can write in a clear and concise manner, and enjoy polishing content to perfection
Are able to work at a rapid pace to meet fluctuating client demands
Can think strategically and critically with a strong grasp of marketing and SEO principles
Feel fulfilled by coaching and helping writers grow
