Own and build the PMO for a major transformation programme from the outset
Operate at the centre of a strategic initiative with direct exposure to senior leadership
Influence how governance, delivery, and reporting are embedded across a complex, multi-workstream programme
Shape outcomes that will have lasting impact on finance capability, performance, and efficiency
Designing and embedding a PMO framework that drives consistency, visibility, and control
Creating integrated programme plans that align ERP and operating model workstreams
Providing delivery assurance by actively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines
Leading financial oversight, including budget tracking, forecasting, and benefits realisation
Producing executive-level insights, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making
Coordinating resources across internal teams and external delivery partners
Setting quality standards and enabling assurance across all programme outputs

Experience leading PMO within large-scale Finance Transformation programmes
Excellent understanding of ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Experience supporting Target Operating Model design and rollout
Depth in governance, planning, risk management, and financial oversight
Advanced skills in tools such as MS Project and Power BI
A track record of bringing together cross-functional teams and managing complex dependencies
Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and delivering clear, impactful reporting
Exposure to agile or hybrid delivery environments (additional experience that would add value)
Understanding of finance processes and operations (additional experience that would add value)
Programme or project management certifications (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) (additional experience that would add value)
