In your future role, you will be on-site at our clients' locations and support IT managers, local IT teams and end users as a competent point of contact and account owner.
You record requests quickly and accurately and are responsible for receiving, qualifying and processing requests, incidents and changes.
You support the customer's users and IT teams on-site and take care of workstations, applications and the IT backend infrastructure.
You are the contact person for all IT-related questions and help customers resolve their problems.
For complex or long-running issues you receive support from your team of Support and Systems Engineers.
Through your direct customer care you ensure smooth use of our IT outsourcing services and turn customers into fans.
You organise your workday and tasks independently and — in the hybrid working model — work on-site at the customer's location, at our UPGREAT office or from home.
Requirements
You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (Informatiker/in EFZ) or are a career changer with relevant professional experience in the IT field (mandatory).
You have experience in 1st and 2nd level support, ideally as a Supporter, Support Engineer or Operations Engineer, preferably at an IT service provider.
You bring solid know-how in the Microsoft ecosystem and are confident working with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office / Office 365 and common standard software.
You are familiar with Windows Servers (including features and roles), Active Directory, Exchange Server, Citrix and have experience in networking (e.g., DNS, DHCP, VPN).
You speak German at native level and can also communicate well in English, both written and spoken.
You hold a valid category B driving licence (mandatory).
You enjoy working in direct customer contact and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
You have a pronounced service-oriented mindset, high resilience and flexibility.
You are self-organised, proactive and happy to take on responsibility.
