Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Schedule and organize virtual meetings, project reviews, and team communications.
Maintain project documentation, records, reports, and tracking systems.
Assist with project planning, resource coordination, and workflow management.
Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks and action items.
Prepare project reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support project objectives.
Identify potential scheduling conflicts or project risks and escalate appropriately.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and administrative project functions.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of project coordination, administrative support, operations, or related experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience working with project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools preferred.
Experience supporting remote teams preferred.
Familiarity with project reporting and documentation processes preferred.
