You analyze the IT landscape and identify opportunities for optimization
You design and conceptualize IT solutions tailored to each client's individual needs
You support the implementation of IT solutions and ensure their long-term success
You build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and partners and actively participate in acquiring new clients
You lead and coach a team of consultants
You support proposal processes, drive business development activities, and actively contribute to thought leadership on strategic topics
As a project manager, you take responsibility for topics that particularly interest you, develop areas of focus, and continuously expand your expertise

Several years of relevant professional and project experience, e.g., in (IT) strategy consulting or a similar field
Knowledge of stakeholder and project management, preferably with certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM)
(Multiple years of) leadership experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and presentation techniques
Strong interpersonal skills
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Demonstrable network and (several years of) experience in project sales, particularly in new client acquisition as well as expanding and maintaining client relationships
Strong professional positioning as a thought leader, with the ability to advance client topics through forward-looking input and contribute to market and business development
Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, business or natural sciences, or a comparable field
