Implement internal projects: You will support internal strategic initiatives from the initial idea through to implementation.
Own subprojects: You will take responsibility for smaller (sub-)projects independently — for example to optimize processes, automate workflows, or improve internal reporting.
AI-driven process optimization: A key focus is the targeted use of artificial intelligence to make internal procedures and processes more efficient.
Proactive improvements & AI/tool scouting: You will contribute to ideation, identify optimization opportunities and independently propose improvements that make a tangible difference.
Rapid prototyping & R&D: Together we will develop internal prototypes, evaluate tools and concepts, and validate new ideas — always with an eye on advancing the company.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field — you have a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong problem-solving skills: You are a troubleshooter, think analytically and find pragmatic solutions even in complex situations.
Appetite for new things & creativity: You enjoy developing original ideas and taking responsibility to turn them into concrete results.
Technical interest and basic skills (e.g., coding) are a plus but not required — willingness to learn and a fundamental understanding of digital tools and processes are more important.
Very good German and English skills — you communicate confidently in both languages.
Initiative & sense of responsibility: You handle uncertainty confidently and keep your projects on track independently.
Forward-thinking: You question existing processes, actively seek improvements and bring new ideas to the team.
