Role Overview
- To assist Heads of Business Development with the coordination, rollout and delivery of business development plans, campaigns and projects on a group-wide, jurisdictional, practice area and individual basis.
- To provide appropriate support to fee earners, support staff and members of the Business Development team as required.
- To coordinate all local BD events and support cross-jurisdiction events where necessary, from initial planning through to execution.
Requirements
- Candidates will be educated to degree level, and will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience gained in a business development and or marketing team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Highly organised, methodical approach and excellent attention to detail
- Highly numerate with basic analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a considerable number of ongoing activities
- The ability to persuade and influence, using concrete examples to make a point
- IT skills including MS Office Suite, database applications and desk top publishing
- Team player with an ability to work effectively with others.
- Applicants must have a document to show their right to work in Guernsey, such as a Family Member Permit, or an Established Resident Certificate
