You manage relationships with 4–6 strategic design partners at the CEO/COO level.
You steer engineering by clear outcomes, not by tickets.
You are responsible for what the platform becomes: positioning, feature scope, and packaging.
You build the backlog, monitor competitors, develop new demos every two weeks, and decide which single-solution features become modules and which do not.
Requirements
You have previously taken a B2B product from zero to real traction at least once.
Continuous Discovery, Jobs-to-be-Done, Opportunity Solution Trees: you can do more than explain these discovery methods—you've applied them in real releases.
Strong communication skills in German.
Passion for AI and automation.
