Role Overview
- Deliver meaningful insights to senior leaders
- Attract new executives into our communities
- Create compelling content from high-quality raw material, with a strong focus on video and podcast content
- Edit podcast and event recordings into polished, engaging content
- Produce short-form video snippets that achieve measurable engagement on LinkedIn
- Edit and master podcast episodes to a clean, professional, broadcast-ready quality
- Create visual assets for podcasts, social media, websites, and events
- Own the creative domain end to end
Requirements
- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.)
- Strong audio editing skills and confidence with technical podcast setups
- Strong understanding of social media formats, especially LinkedIn
- Experience working with brand guidelines and structured workflows (clean handovers, naming, file hygiene)
- You have a strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your video and audio work
- Basic to solid graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, etc.) are a plus, but not required
- English is our corporate language. You do not just understand it. You can work in English confidently in daily communication (C1 written and spoken)
- German language skills (A2 to B1+) are helpful, but not required
