At least 4 years of experience in news, TV, or digital
Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field of study is preferred, or equivalent experience
Experience using content management systems
A strong interest and knowledge in sports, pop culture, culture, and news
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Strong SEO and social media skills
Strong communication skills
Ability/flexibility to work different shifts including evenings and weekends; possess an 'on-call' mentality and be prepared to work under emergency or breaking news conditions longer than anticipated on any given day
Excellent news judgment
Experience with A.I. and a willingness to adopt A.I. as part of the daily workflow to create efficiencies
Prior experience with Newsletters is a plus
Prior experience with digital analytics to monitor and build traffic is a plus
