Role Overview
- Responsible for strategic projects ranging from marketing strategy to AI roadmap
- Independently manage projects from problem definition through project planning to implementation
- Develop project plans and set milestones
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Prepare and lead meetings with management and relevant stakeholders
- Track project success using clearly defined KPIs
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or a high-growth startup
- Proven track record of owning workstreams or projects independently
- Strong analytical skills; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows
- Confident communication in German and English
- Strong ownership mentality and entrepreneurial drive
- Excellent self-organization and prioritization skills
- Outstanding academic background from a top university in Business Administration or a related field
