About this role
Role Overview
Take ownership of warm leads introduced by the Head of Alliances & Partnerships and drive them through the full sales cycle.
Run discovery conversations with prospects to understand their business needs and position FlowX.AI's value clearly and compellingly.
Prepare and deliver tailored demos, proposals, and follow-up materials that move deals forward.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline records in the CRM, tracking every interaction, next step, and deal status.
Coordinate closely with Tamás and internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs, timely responses, and a consistent prospect experience.
Continuously learn — about the platform, the industry, and how enterprise deals are won — and bring that knowledge into every conversation.
Requirements
Up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role — we care more about drive than years on a CV.
Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Naturally curious and quick to learn — you can pick up a complex product and explain it simply.
Organized, reliable, and proactive — you follow up without being asked and nothing falls through the cracks.
Strong communicator in English, both written and verbal; any additional language is a plus.
Nice to have
Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or agentic AI.
Experience with HubSpot or other sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).
Interest in agentic AI, workflow automation, or enterprise process transformation.
