Develop new credit pricing models, taking into account different customer segments, strategies, assumptions, and Sicredi products;
Implement, together with the product team, the models developed by the credit pricing team;
Perform monitoring, review, recalculation and calibration of models when appropriate;
Propose methodological and automation improvements for cost and elasticity models;
Produce studies and new proposals on credit pricing topics, understanding members’ profiles, products and stages of the credit cycle, providing insights for credit strategy or new deliverables and presenting them to relevant stakeholders;
Work with different product teams, supporting analysis and new perspectives on data/information;
Interact with the various roles in the data process (analysts, engineers, data scientists and business analysts);
Maintain the necessary documentation for deliverables;
Stay in continuous technical development, interacting with other Credit Cycle data scientists, learning and teaching;
Present models to Credit Cooperatives and other CAS areas, highlighting the impacts of their use.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering or related areas;
Experience with statistical modeling applied to the credit market;
Strong writing, synthesis, presentation and communication skills, using language appropriate to the target audience;
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Spark, SQL, SAS;
Hands-on experience in data analysis, monitoring indicators and conducting ad-hoc studies;
Knowledge and practical experience in the Credit market;
Knowledge of finance;
Intermediate English is desirable;
Experience in Pricing is a plus.
