Role Overview
- Accounts Payable Review stale check reports and follow up with vendors as needed
- Review outstanding invoices and expense reports and follow up with approvers as needed to clear any overdue payments
- Assist Accounts Payable team as needed
- Partner Accounting & Tax Assist with the preparation of certain monthly tax filings
- Assist with the completion of monthly account schedules
- Assist Administrative Assistant with ad hoc requests and special projects, when available
- Assist Financial Controller and General Ledger team with adhoc projects
- Maintain confidentiality and internal controls as required by Firm policies and procedures
- Other duties as needed to fully meet the requirements of the position
Requirements
- Undergraduate student with studies in Accounting or Finance
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
