About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as primary contact for day-to-day IT requests
- Install, configure, and support employee hardware, software, and accounts
- Work with remote employees, vendors, and contractors
- Procure and provision hardware, manage asset inventory
- Assist with evidence collection and control testing for compliance obligations
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records
- Occasionally support off-hours maintenance windows
Requirements
- Passion for computer systems, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of IT.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with strong patience and empathy;
- Proactive and organized in a remote environment with solid time management and follow-through.
- Familiarity with basic SOC 2, GDPR, and PCI concepts
- Degree in IT, CS, or a related field, professional experience, and certifications like CompTIA A+ or Security+ are all beneficial.
