Role Overview
- Own regional revenue, growth, margin, and 100% of regional quota
- Execute Micromax commercial strategy across countries and segments
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and senior commercial talent
- Drive customer penetration, retention, and share gain at priority accounts
- Allocate regional commercial and technical resources effectively
- Ensure forecasting discipline, pipeline quality, and execution rigor
- Serve as escalation point for strategic customers and regional issues
- Partner with Global Commercial Leadership and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Masters degree common but not required
- 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in a similar-scale role
- Strong selling and coaching skills in technical B2B environments
- Knowledge of go-to-market and solution-led commercialization
- Demonstrated people leadership and change-execution capability
- Medium to high technical aptitude in electronic materials
- Expected travel commitment of 25-50%
