About this role
Role Overview
- Support and advise our B2B partners and B2C customers
- Act as the interface between end customers and specialist partners
- Independently resolve customer inquiries
- Work closely with the field sales team for the respective region
- Proactively share insights and experiences within the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in inside sales, customer service, or telesales
- Experience selling digital services
- Good knowledge of common Office applications; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
- Business-fluent German; English skills are an advantage
