About this role

Create a positive, ethical, and respectful work environment by promoting company culture
Manage day to day Center staff including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and training
Lead intake process and onboard new clients and families
Establish and maintain relationships with referral partners
Manage financial and operational performance of the Center including budget oversight
Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of the Center and manage vendor contracts

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
5+ years of management, operations, and leadership
Healthcare environment experience required, behavioral health preferred
Strong business acumen; understanding of general finance and budgeting
Ability to build consensus and positive relationships among staff, clients, families, external vendors and referral sources
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
