Conduct risk assessments on strategic initiatives and operational areas
Execute deep-dive reviews on themes to identify material risks
Share observations with risk management and internal controls teams
Strengthen organizational risk awareness by communicating relevant observations
Support the First Line of Defense in using risk tools and methodologies
Research and analyze risk-related data and trends
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative information for insights and recommendations
Build trust-based relationships across the organization
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in Risk Management area OR High School Diploma and 7+ years in Risk Management area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with Associate’s Degree and 5+ years in Risk Management area
Risk Management or insurance underwriting, actuarial, reinsurance, or claims operations experience
Experience in developing and implementing risk management manuals and websites
Advanced analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to evaluate strategic, operational, financial, and insurance risks using structured ERM methodologies
Strong project management skills
Detail-oriented
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
