Support implementation of HR strategy for FBS Operations in Europe
Assist in development and maintenance of FBS policies (as required) and ensure HR content is updated on Life @ Ford Portal for FBS Europe
Oversees the Payroll activities managed by the People First team, supplier management
Support the development and implementation of a Best-in-Class working culture for FBS Europe activities
Maintain relationship with People First, ensure FBS employee’s requests are handled smoothly
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
Works on improving processes and making them more efficient
Works with the FBS HR Manager in HR-related programs and projects
Audits: Handle the preparation for the ISO audit, MCRP audits, Tax Authority audits and GAO audits. Develop and update compensation, payroll and benefits related policies and desk procedures. Review the annual desk procedures.
Assist in compensation & benefit processes
Designing and updating job descriptions, including the evaluation and grading structure
Manage the vendor processes, tenders, contract management in collaboration with the Purchasing team – achieving cost efficiencies
Actively participate in the local implementation/action planning of the Company’s Voice Survey
Requirements
Have 5-8 years of HR experience, ideally within a Business Services or multinational environment.
Are fluent in English and confident communicating with diverse stakeholders.
Have experience in HR operations, employee services, payroll, compensation & benefits, or related areas.
Possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Enjoy improving processes and working with HR systems and data.
Having good understanding of AI/Digital tools is a great advantage.
Have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering excellent employee support.
Understand Hungarian labor law and HR compliance requirements.
Bring strong collaboration and communication skills and thrive in an international environment.
Experience in payroll management, job evaluation, grading structures, or rewards programs is a strong advantage.
