Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing candidates.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate staffing needs and support workforce planning efforts.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support.
Assist with compliance, background checks, and other HR-related processes.
Collaborate with management to support hiring and retention initiatives.
Requirements
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, interviewing, or a related role.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in ABA, HCBS, CFTSS, or a related healthcare field. Familiarity with healthcare staffing and recruitment processes. Experience supporting remote or multi-location teams.
