Role Overview
- Focus on management of team members, workflow and delivering superior client outcomes
- Originate select work, partnering with leadership to identify targets
- Only inspect properties for tier 1 clients
- Attend at least two local commercial real estate events per year

Requirements
- Previous Argus Enterprise experience required
- Previous institutional or client management experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of holding CG license
- Ability to maintain professional licenses in multiple states
