Experience: minimum of 8 years of proven experience in IT.
DevOps/Automation: at least 3 years of experience with DevOps automation, including CI and CD.
Tooling: experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools.
Languages and technologies: advanced knowledge and experience in: C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core), ASP.NET, PL/SQL, Web Services and APIs, Service Bus, Azure, APIM, Oracle Database.
Agile methodologies: hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban.
Insurance/financial sector: prior experience in insurance or financial institutions.
Cloud: experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure).
