Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development using Java and Python.
• Experience developing, maintaining and evolving REST APIs and distributed architectures.
• Knowledge of AWS, including serverless services such as Lambda and messaging services like SQS and SNS.
• Experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing infrastructure as code.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Experience with deployment, observability, troubleshooting and production support of cloud applications.
• Experience with automated testing and software quality practices.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with messaging, system integration and event-driven and microservices architectures.
• Ability to work on fullstack tasks, making adjustments and enhancements to frontend applications when needed.
• Experience with React, TypeScript or equivalent technologies for maintaining and evolving user interfaces.
• Ability to translate functional specifications, user journeys, Figma designs and technical documentation into implementable solutions.
• Modern development methodologies.
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development.
• Experience using Open Specs and development-oriented documentation.
• Knowledge of Context Engineering for AI agents.
• Experience with Skills, Steering Files and modern AI-assisted development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-supported software engineering methodologies and frameworks such as Kiro Specs, Claude Code Workflows, Cursor, Windsurf and equivalent approaches.
• Ability to structure technical context for AI agents to improve productivity, quality and standardization of development.
