Clinical Promotion: Act as the technical expert to promote ventilation equipment and accessories in both Homecare and Hospital environments.
Build and maintain close relationships with medical experts and distribution partners, acting as the primary liaison between them, the hospitals, and the patients.
Proactively demonstrate equipment to healthcare professionals to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Geographic Focus: Poland (80%): Primary focus and boots-on-the-ground presence.
CEE Support: Occasional support for Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Hungary and Croatia.
Training & Support: Ensure the distribution network and clinical staff are perfectly trained on the product portfolio (Ventilation, Masks).

Physiotherapist (Respiratory), Biomedical Engineer, or a closely related clinical field.
Minimum of 5 years in the medical industry, ideally with direct experience in ventilation or respiratory therapy.
A highly technical/clinical profile with a strong commercial flair.
Polish: Native (Mandatory).
English: Full professional proficiency for regional reporting and collaboration.
German and/or Other CEE dialects: Highly valued as a plus.
