Develop, maintain and evolve backend services using Java;
Help build, evolve and integrate AI agents into existing backend systems;
Collaborate in the development of services and APIs that support intelligent agents, ensuring scalability and reliability;
Use generative AI tools, such as Cursor and/or Claude Opus, to:
Accelerate code development;
Support refactoring and continuous improvement;
Assist in legacy code analysis and reverse engineering;
Support writing and reviewing tests and technical documentation;
Contribute to the design, evolution and maintenance of software architecture, including AI-related solutions;
Implement best development practices, market-standard patterns and principles such as Clean Code, SOLID and Design Patterns;
Ensure code quality through technical reviews, automated tests and the use of supporting tools;
Work collaboratively with Product, Architecture, DevOps and other areas to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Strong experience in backend development with Java;
Experience developing REST and/or GraphQL APIs;
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines;
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes;
Experience with Cloud Computing, especially AWS;
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban);
Practical experience or familiarity using AI tools to support development, such as Cursor, Claude Opus, Copilot, or similar;
Interest or experience collaborating on building AI agents and intelligent solutions integrated with the backend.
