8–12+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or business operations in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or enterprise GTM
Deep fluency in B2B GTM metrics: CAC payback, ACV, GRR, NRR, pipeline velocity, magic ratio, gross margin
Proven track record building financial infrastructure across GTM, Legal, Product, and Treasury
Hands-on experience with deal desk, pricing, and AR management
AI-native mindset: actively use AI tools to accelerate analysis, build models, and automate reporting
Strong communicator who can elevate cross-functional peers and translate financial complexity into decisions
Comfortable building frameworks and executing fast in a globally distributed, high-growth environment
